  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
  • Return Window: You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return items for a refund or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, including custom jewelry, personalized pieces, and items on final sale, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2. Refunds

  • Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 Working days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted. This may apply to items with signs of wear or damage that are not due to our error.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchange Eligibility: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at contact@mallstorellc.com within 10 days of your purchase.
  • Process: Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@mallstorellc.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
